Affiliated with the HypnoBirthing® Institute, Rita is currently authorised and certified to teach the HypnoBirthing Program.

Having received scientifically driven and research based antenatal care during her own pregnancies in Melbourne, Rita committed herself to extending this international level childbirth education to expectant families in India.

A qualified & experienced childbirth educator, Rita has received training in the Lamaze methodology workshop from the Douglas College, Canada.

Launching Gujarat's first HypnoBirthing Program, Rita brings the benefits of guided hypnosis to expectant couples.

Rita created the concept of comprehensive pregnancy classes: Rita's Pregnancy 101, which covers not just the physical fitness aspect of pregnancy, but also addresses psychological and spiritual needs that pregnancy can bring about.

Some of the milestones achieved in the past 4 years:

• Created flagship antenatal & postnatal program for the growing Indian families
• More than 1000 pregnant women & their partners have taken advantage of the comprehensive Rita's Pregnancy 101 antenatal & postnatal program
• Running 6 exclusive Rita's Pregnancy 101 across Ahmedabad, Surat & Chandigarh
• Trained 8 childbirth educators
• Provided antenatal training in collaboration with all major stemcell banking companies in India
• Became Gujarat's first HypnoBirthing certified trainer
• Launched HypnoBirthing 101, a hypnosis program dedicated to expectant couples

A regular spokesperson at antenatal health forums such as Ahmedabad Obstetricians & Gynaecology Society (AOGS) and several women's hospitals, Rita remains a proactive champion of healthy pregnancy and happy birth.
